Choose an inspiring theme, then select a song and 3 artworks that go with your theme

Our judges will then select the best Entry and Finalists.

Second Place:
12 Month Premium Membership

Note: Third Place winner will be randomly selected among participants who have added this journal to their favourites.

How To Enter

Choose an inspiring Theme.

Select a song that inspires you and 3 Artworks related to your Theme (Artworks can be from your own gallery and from others authors).

Create a new Journal titled "Art and Music Contest Theme"

In your Journal provide thumbnails of your selected Artworks, Embed your Song and include the following sentence or a link to this journal: "This is my Theme for Getwatcher's Art and Music Contest. *thumb419049586*" (replace "*" with ":")

When you're done, in a comment below, submit a link to your journal entry (you can also include selected artwork thumbnails).

Rules

You may enter as frequently as you like;
Any art categories and music genre accepted.
Artworks selected must be of good quality.

How to Embed Vimeo and Youtube Into Journals

Just type:

<da:embed profile="youtube" id="ID of the video go here" />

You can also go to the Journal menu where it says link. And paste the url of the video

How to Add Thumbnails in Comments

(This option only works for Premium Members, if you do not have a premium membership, you can provide links to your chosen artwork)

Add your chosen Artworks to your Favourites

Click the comment box

Click "Add Media" on the bottom left of the comment box

Click the "deviantART" tab at the top of the Sta.sh Writer sidebar

Select your Favourites gallery, and drag your Artwork selections into the comment box
