We hope you're doing well! We have a few announcements and requests for everyone, please take a look below for more info.
Right now, we need volunteers for these roles so please consider joining and helping here. We are in urgent need of volunteers for the following positions:
PHP/Web Experts: If you have experiences with php/html/sql you can apply to become administrator of GetWatchers. This is a great opportunity for you to manage a website with a very large audience. You would be able to edit the actual site and implement new features. We also need to take care of little bugs when they are reported in the Help desk of the website. Please send a note [link] to the group directly if you are interested in helping out.
Contributors: We need more judges to help increase the activity along with the current GW team. If you're interested in being a judge for certain folders, please let us know in a note.
Help Desk volunteers: Please let us know if you can help advise others when they send tickets, if you know the system very well. We really need your help in this area!
These are the most important roles to keep the group going.
Requirements:
- You have knowledge of how the group works. (you know what credits are, you have read all the group blogs, you know how to use the Viewer easily and can advise others, etc) [for Help Desk]
- You have enough free time to be able to help out at least a few times per week.
- You don't mind learning new things in the Help Desk to be able to help others in detail.
- Patience.
- Dedication.
- You have at least one year experience with deviantArt.
- You like browsing and selecting works from weekly submissions [for judges]
- You like helping others.
For each role there will be daily credit rewards so you can share your artworks as well.

But if the slot's available by the time I'm done, maybe i could still apply. 
It's up to each judge as they have time, there's no exact time or requirement except to select a few deviations (2-5) every week, at any time when the judge is free to browse
