I voted "Art features of work in deviantART" because it's necesary. The biggest problem, in general, as in my case; is that nobody see the works of the most talented artist because there isn't enough publicty I think. 
Anyway, A critique proyect for members who need feedback in their works for improving it's necesary too.
People normally say "nice", "good job"; and those aren't commentaries that help to the artist.
